The selected UN Community Volunteers will assist the UNESCO Antenna team in Ukraine in preparing visual designs for webinars, workshops, and teaching materials. These materials will empower teachers and school psychologists to integrate awareness-raising activities on gender-based violence into their educational practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Undergo induction briefing on processes and activities undertaken by UNESCO under the 16 Days of Activism against GBV campaign.
  • Assist UNESCO with designing of the webinar materials for the (online workshop) for teachers and school psychologists on preventing and addressing gender-based violence such as invitations, social media graphics and posts, PowerPoint/slide deck.
  • Assist UNESCO in designing quiz slides and other interactive visuals to be used for the webinar.
  • Support in creating social media posts (recap visuals, quotes, or highlights)
  • Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in communications, graphic design, media, education, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of design and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar).
