AGIAMONDO e. V. is the specialized service of German Catholics for international personnel cooperation. As a state-approved personnel service, AGIAMONDO has been placing qualified personnel in church development cooperation projects worldwide for 60 years. For the development of new and the care of existing customer relations and their consultation to the personnel project consultation on time (BaZ) and further co-operation possibilities in the context of TVöD special contracts we look for at short notice in our office in Cologne Deutz a*n

Consultant for International Human Resources Programs (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • As a consultant, you will maintain existing relationships with current clients and cooperation partners and advise them on the programs "Beratung auf Zeit (BaZ)" and TVöD special contracts.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the conceptual development of both programs.
  • You will assist in the selection of personnel, review employment contracts, coordinate and further develop administrative procedures, and help design personnel development measures for consultants and employees on special contracts.
  • To expand the programs, you will identify potential cooperation partners and clients.
  • To this end, you will continuously develop the processes and quality standards in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile:

  • You have a university degree, preferably related to development cooperation, and have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • You think and act in a customer- and process-oriented way, recognize development and growth potential and have strong communication and consulting skills.
  • You are interested in labor law issues and you are willing to further your education in this field. 
  • Experience in development cooperation and living and working in an intercultural context are an advantage.
  • You have native German language skills and are business fluent in English.
  • You identify with the profile of AGIAMONDO and convincingly support the goals and concerns of church-based international cooperation.
