Job Description

The Correspondence Processing Representative 1 serves as part of the Correspondence Processing Team and will be working in key aspects of processing incoming donor mail and outgoing sponsorship communications from the field offices.

Responsibilities:
Key Result #1 – To improve the retention value of sponsorship, this role will facilitate the sponsor/child relationship by processing mail (90%).
Key Result #2 – Support other departmental activities to enhance the sponsor and donor experience (10%). A resume and an application are required to apply for this position. This position will close to applications on October 17, 2017.

This position will reside in Phoenix, Arizona; the most appropriate candidate will be eligible to work in, and already reside in Phoenix.
