Position Overview

The Correspondence Processing Representative 1 serves as part of the Correspondence Team, working with communications from sponsors domestically and field offices globally


  • Improving the retention value of sponsorship, this role will facilitate the sponsor/child relationship by accurately processing mail (90%).
  • Support other departmental activities to enhance the sponsor and donor experience (10%).
