OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Human Resources and Administrative functions in the Country office. The position holder will provide overall advice, coordination and management of the Human Resources and Administration team at the country office and technical Human Resources support to the field offices; as well as ensure efficient support to the program in accordance with existing DRC policies and procedures.
