The Role

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Data and CRM Team to champion the business use and application of Oxfam GB’s recently implemented Salesforce solution. Working with a broad range of internal teams, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements relating to our CRM ecosystem, and for delivering improvements and initiatives that deliver real business value and enable Oxfam GB’s Supporter-centric vision.
This is a fixed-term position for a period of 2 years.

What we are looking for

As a CRM analyst, you will have demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements along with creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. You will also have ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption as well as ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong data management abilities
