We work throughout Colombia, with special focus on the departments where children have fewer opportunities: Chocó, Cauca, Nariño, Antioquia, Córdoba, Amazonas, Putumayo, La Guajira, Caquetá, Atlántico, Arauca and Norte de Santander.

How can you make a difference?

Under general guidance of the Fundraising Officer the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the correct state of the Direct Marketing data base and its close monitoring and Coordinates the delivery of financial PSFR reports punctually. The incumbent also must undertake campaign analysis and provide strategic insights and recommendations from funding. Develop funding reports to Direct Marketing team. Assist in the strategic direction on all data issues supporting the Direct Marking Team overall targets.

Key Functions

  • Filter and extract required information from Donor Perfect in order to deliver House list databases to in-house call centre, monthly or weekly basis
  • Charge direct debit donors, solving problems related with credit card franchises.
  • House List Development Program - Monitoring & Evaluation: in coordination with our call center, follows up donations and information requests from House List Donors. Assists in the analysis of the results of different activities/campaigns vis-a -vis their planned goals and strategies
  • Standardize and import databases from new donor prospecting campaigns to DP
  • Develop and Support all activities related with E-mail marketing and Legacies
  • Delivery of Direct Marketing statistic reports: Annual planning table, Year to day and given segmentation reports solicited by DM assistant and effectiveness reports external call centers.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Completion of secondary education is required, supplemented with formal training level in Business Administration, commercial fields.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of practical work experience in Database coordination, marketing or with strong marketing and private sector fundraising experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish is required.
  • Good level of English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or alanguage is an asset.
