Job Description

The Learning and Knowledge Exchange Team leads on communicating Oxfam’s research, policy and practice to professional and practitioner audiences worldwide, all with the aim of sharing learning, influencing policy, and improving programme impact for Oxfam and in the wider development sector.

This role will help us to devise and deliver cohesive communications plans which will support the reach and uptake of Oxfam’s content. It will work closely with others across the organisation to generate engaging and informative content and deliver this to our audiences through the website, blog, social media and other digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creative communications ideas, a great editorial eye, and wonderful interpersonal skills experienced in working across boundaries.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract.
