Job Description


This role will work with Digital Marketing and Lead Coordinator to maximize income and lead generation target from Digital Channel. He/she will coordinate with the team and others unit to create, post, and optimize all digital advertising of online and offline channels.



  • Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, Business or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years experiences in digital fundraising or e-commerce designing and executing digital engagement and fundraising strategies
  • Demonstrable experience of using digital marketing techniques such as email marketing, organic and paid advertising, affiliate schemes, search and display marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Google analytics and Content Management Systems
  • Experience in using HTML
  • Experience in using video and picture editing tools
  • Problem solving and Analytic skill
  • Ability to adapt in small team and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary
  • A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Indonesian
  • Exceptionally well organized, able to multi-task, plan and deliver projects on time
  • Extensive knowledge of web, mobile and interactive technologies in a direct response environment
  • Able to work both on own initiative and take lead of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
