Responsible for all Global Compensation to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, while adhering to the company’s over-arching compensation philosophy and strategic goals. Provide analytical expertise to leadership, including guidance and interpretation of various compensation policies. Responsible for the project planning components relating to compensation program revision, development, and / or redesign. Promotes proactive approaches using the company's HRMS to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.
