The Director HR Business Partner is a new position at Vital Strategies and will guide and support our expanding Public Health Program division that currently has over 100 employees across 5 continents. This exciting new opportunity includes partnering with programmatic leaders in workforce planning, job design, onboarding, and engagement. The Director will possess strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of people functions within the division. Our ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex people challenges, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders at various levels, and an ability to negotiate competing priorities and deadlines.
This position will be part of the global HR team providing dedicated support to the PHP division bringing technical expertise and ensuring organizational alignment. The Director will collaborate with the global people team to shape a work environment that aims to be diverse and inclusive. The Director will also partner with the team in the design and implementation of new processes and systems including performance management and learning and development initiatives.
This is a full time, hybrid position based out of our New York City office location.
