Director of Operations in DR Congo
ZOA’s programme in DR Congo
ZOA’s programs in DR Congo are focused towards stabilization, social cohesion, addressing root causes, and subsequently development initiatives to sustain. Main thematic subjects are peace building, psychosocial therapy, land rights, water management, and agriculture/livelihood combined with value chain development and governance. In general, ZOA strives to implement an integrated approach working with local and international partners.
The Director of Operations contributes to ZOA DRC and partner capacity enhancement in areas of Finances, HR, Logistics, Governance and IT and Security.ZOA DRC will be leading a new consortium with many partner organizations and as such strong leadership and a high level of financial administration and guidance of processes is required. It will be the responsibility of the Director of Operations to oversee and streamline all programs and create an effective management structure.
