Job Description

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for leading recruitment strategies for our growing organization in order to support our Global Regions in Africa, Latin America and Caribbean, Asia and the U.S. This role will serve as a “hands on” resource to recruiters, regional HR Managers as well as organizational leaders to achieve and maintain optimal staffing goals, streamline hiring and enhance retention strategies, with a focus on organizational cultural alignment. The Director of Recruitment will support human resources and hiring needs by building capacity and consistency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Domestic and International recruitment.
  • Global recruitment strategy development and implementation.
  • Metrics and data reporting.
  • Team development and budget management.
