Support the technical services of the Ministry of National Education in charge of pedagogy for the implementation and monitoring of the national program for improving basic learning;
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the education sector response project to the COVID-19 pandemic;
Carry out the collection and analysis of data at the level of the intervention areas for the needs of the analysis of the situation and its periodic updating, planning and effective management of the education program with concern for the introduction of new approaches to improve access to quality education in the north and northeast of the country, including vulnerable children;
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of program activities in the intervention areas; monitor the financial and material resources made available to beneficiaries of the education program for their effective use; ensure the implementation of the strategies and approaches defined in the framework of the education program and identify new strategies tested in the project areas requiring their inclusion in the extension of the program in other areas;
Support regional and local officials in the education sector to identify their training and material / equipment needs necessary for the accomplishment of their mission and share them with the national level;
Contribute to building the capacities of regional and local education actors through the contribution to the organization and monitoring of various training courses by linking with new strategies, the organization of regular information exchange meetings on the base activity monitoring reports on the one hand and new strategic orientations formulated by national education officials on the other;
Help education stakeholders at regional and local level to propose distribution plans for supplies and materials provided by the program and monitor their distribution to beneficiaries;
Evaluate and analyze financial and supply reports to ensure the relevance of documentation, expenditure against allocations and the efficient use of supplies and materials provided by the education program;
Organize donor monitoring and evaluation missions in the intervention areas and carry out monitoring missions;

To be qualified as an agent of change for every child, you must ...

• Be of Ivorian nationality
• Have a Master's degree (equivalent BAC + 5) in Educational Sciences, Social Sciences or in a related field.
• Have a progressive professional experience of at least 5 years in the development, management, monitoring and evaluation of the education program
• A Master's Degree (BAC plus 4) will be accepted with 6 years of experience in place of the Master.
• Have good communication, analyst and negotiating skills with partners;
• Have experience in building the capacities of national, regional and local actors;
• Have the ability to express ideas and concepts orally and in writing as clearly and concisely as possible;
• Be able to maintain working relationships in a team spirit;
• Have the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
• Have mastery of basic management software (Windows, Excel, Word);
