Who are we?
DRC has recently implemented a new cloud-based ERP system, that we call DRC Dynamics. It covers Finance, Grants from Institutional donors, Supply Chain, HR and CRM. The new DRC Dynamics ERP is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and was launched in January 2019 in approximately 35 countries. We have more than 4,000 primary users of the system.
DRC is now building up the Dynamics Competency Center that will be responsible for the future maintenance and development of the system, and as a part of this we are looking for a ERP Functional Specialist to be part of the new Competency Center.
About the job:
The ERP Functional Specialist will be working closely with cross functional team members, stakeholders and super users to understand business and functional requirements and implement technical components, system configuration, and solutions in line with the capabilities of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

The Competency Center will be led by a manager that will refer to the DRC’s Global Head of IT, who is the Dynamics system owner.
To be successful in this role we expect you to be customer focused and comfortable with a mix of support and development. It is important that you also are comfortable with trainings and being in daily contact with a broad range of stakeholders.
