A college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Post-diploma training in executive management (an asset).
English and French advanced reading, writing, and speaking skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support in a senior manager’s office.
An in-depth understanding of administrative and operational procedures.
Knowledge of and/or interest in the Centre’s mission and work relevant to Global Health.

Coordinating the daily activities of the Global Health Program Director and prioritizing the incoming flow of work.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, screening correspondence and analysing information required for a response
