The Role

As Executive PA to the Strategy / Transformation director, you will have a key role in supporting the director to perform effectively, through diary and inbox management, being the first point of contact, liaising with Oxfam colleagues and with external stakeholders, using your initiative and your excellent communication and administration skills.

This role is based in the CEO office, and you will also work across the organisation and externally.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high quality support to the Strategy / Transformation director and their wider team, to help develop and operationalise Oxfam GB’s next 10-year strategic plan.

You will have excellent relationship building skills. With bags of empathy, you will be able to hear and understand others. You will be able to prioritise tasks, and work under pressure when needed, understanding your role in helping the organisation achieve significant change, to maximise the impact we have for the people we exist to serve.
