UNEP FI needs a Programme Analyst to successfully deliver human resources, administrative and operational tasks and provide logistical, documentation and reporting, data management and coordination supports to the Nature programme team.
Responsibilities:
The Programme Analyst will play a crucial role in effective and efficient delivery of administrative, logistical, documentation and reporting, data management and coordination support tasks of the programme.
The Programme Analyst is expected to work closely with the Nature team leads, members and the UNEP FI admin team and ensure timely delivery and completion of all human resources, administrative and operational activities. Objective.
To successfully deliver human resources, administrative and operational tasks and provide logistical, documentation and reporting, data management and coordination support to the programme team.
HR operations and administrative tasks.
Updated and maintained donor reporting tracker.
Coordinated timely submission of project narrative and financial reports to donors in coordination with the programme and administration teams.
Supported with coordinating contractual engagement with implementing partners.
Supported organising team meetings, set up and coordinated calls.
The Programme Analyst shall be under the overall supervision of the Head of UNEP FI and report directly to the Nature Lead at UNEP FI, working in close coordination with UNEP FI’s Nature Co-Lead.
Requirements:
School diploma or equivalent is required.
Professional training in project administration would be desirable.
A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible work experience in administrative or programme support and project coordination, particularly for donor-funded projects or other international organizations would be desirable.
English is the working language of UNEP FI. Other United Nations languages particularly French would be an asset.
