Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, the Finance Manager will:
Manage the financial operations within VSO Malawi by Contributing to the strategic development of the finance functions in VSO Malawi, ensuring standards, policies, procedures and practices are consistent across all programme areas. Supervise the finance team to be proactive, customer-focused, team-oriented, highly motivated, and experts in planning and delivery of quality outputs.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Qualified Accountant (ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license with strong technical accounting skills, with 5 years’ experience working at this managerial level, with experience in managing a multi donor funded programme
