We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager - Member Growth for an initial 9 month fixed term contract, with the possibility that this could become a longer term role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager/Management Accountant who can skillfully partner with our 27 Members (who provide SCI with the funds for our international programing activities) to support efforts to increase unrestricted funding.
This is a broad role in which you will act as the Finance business partner to the Member Growth team, which includes Global Fundraising Hub, the Organisational Development team, and a team reviewing our Institutional Income, all of whom support the growth and development of our 27 Members. You'll get involved in the development and application of an agreed methodology for calculating ROI on fundraising investments, tracking actuals against budget in regards to the Member Growth investment fund, supporting the restricted income portfolio project (analysis of win rates, and a global account review), data collection and analysis around annual results, budgets and forecasts, income and cost ratios, and member accountability metrics.
