Job Description


This position provides financial planning and analysis support to various business groups in the Global Center. The financial analyst will create and analyze custom and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, analysis and to engage in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and other critical management information systems. This position requires the use of analysis tools like advanced Excel knowledge, Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI. This person will liaise with designated FP&A management within the organization.


Provide timely ad hoc financial analysis and reports for specific ExL groups/GC departments as assigned by FP&A Manager/Director. The focus is creating and providing new/emerging analysis. This requires the use and understanding of tools like OLAP, Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI. This also requires an understanding of different partnership data sources (PBAS, SunSystems, Horizon, Our People, Adaptive, etc) and how these relate to each other.

This position assist in verifying GL and Global Center Financial Reports. Assist monitoring budgets versus actual and forecasts, scorecards/dashboards, and other critical management information systems. Coordinate with various stakeholders (FP&A managers, GC Department Managers, Corporate Accounting team to resolve discrepancies in the GL, Settlement Advices (SA) and Direct Charges (DC).

Working closely with FP&A BPs and department managers to ensure all the GC/SO/FO chargeback justifications are reviewed, vetted and approved to include in the budgeting package and review throughout the fiscal year to track budget vs actual on monthly, quarterly basis and during forecasting.

Coordinate with FP&A BPs in developing and executing the annual planning and budgeting processes. Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting tools, and other analytical tools for business segments.

Coordinate S&B analysis, Accruals for ProVision/delayed SAs. Work closely with FP&A BPs to review and book outstanding items for better and timely forecasting and reporting to FP&A/CAFO for decision making.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Ability to understand multiple data sources and how they relate to each other.
  • Ability to think independently and recommend best practices.
  • Working knowledge of OLAP, Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and persuade broad range of projects and analysis.
  • Certification in Advanced Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint Presentation is preferred.
  • Profiency in English.
