Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as Full Stack .Net Developer. Working within the Data and Development team in IS, you will be working predominantly against the Microsoft stack of technologies, including but not limited to ASP.NET MVC/MVVM, desktop applications, SharePoint and Dynamics CRM.

As Full Stack .Net Developer you will be responsible for designing technical specifications, developing and maintaining presentation and analysing and troubleshooting processes. You will lead and help deliver projects, working on and further enhancing the SharePoint platform, across both internal and external facing sites. In addition you will:

  • Collaborate with the Technology team members to design and develop web/desktop/mobile applications, data processing and storage functionality
  • Research and prototype new technologies and provide recommendations for application improvement
  • Document product functionality and troubleshooting production defects
  • Support QA and deployment activities.

To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role delivering business value with experience working within both Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Proven, demonstrable experience in delivering enterprise level applications is also essential, as is the ability to setup & maintain own development environments (Hyper-V & VMWare). In addition you will have:

  • A passion for technology with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication skills – including technical & business stakeholders and third-party technical representatives
  • The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and able to work under pressure
  • A clear understanding of technologies including HTML, Javascript, CSS3, JSON, XML, XSLT, XPATH
  • The ability to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications.
