The Global Procurement Manager will be the global procurement process owner. The position will provide oversight in all aspects of procurement functions including procurement planning, ethical standards, material sourcing and contract management. This oversight will span from GSC offices in USA to all our Field Offices (FO) to ensure our procurement practices aligns to FH Heartbeat of Values, Visions and Purpose. The position will be instrumental in streamlining procurement Processes and Policies in FH operations in line with the global procurement handbook and specific donor requirements to ensure we invest wisely and obtain best value for dollars spent on goods and services. The position is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of FH's global procurement strategy.
