Oxfam GB is looking for a Maternity Cover Global Programmes Advisor (Multi-Country Programmes) to influence and build the capacity of staff to design, implement, monitor and learn from donor-funded large scale programmes in multiple countries. This position will initially be for 8 months with possibility of extension.
You will work with contacts across Oxfam’s global programmes and functional teams to deliver programmatic and learning support to the final phase of Oxfam’s CHASE PPA, including the final evaluation. You will also deliver relevant training and design guidance to programmes in multiple countries.
You will have strong conceptual, analytical and critical thinking skills, a clear focus on results and the creativity, initiative and ability to work with significant levels of autonomy, prioritising strategically. You will have proven ability in people management and development, strong interpersonal and the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information in a concise way to varied audiences.
This position will be based in Oxford, UK with significant travel.
