About The Team

The Human Resources team contributes to Oxfam’s organisational effectiveness to enable us to end the injustice of poverty. Our aim is to support Oxfam to deliver our mission, whilst ensuring organisational health, and supporting the wellbeing of Oxfam’s staff and volunteers.

About The Role

Working closely with the Head of Human Resources, this is an interesting and varied role that includes the development of HR policies, the provision of specialist advice, and the management of complex HR casework.

The post-holder will manage an HR Executive, responsible for researching, reviewing and developing global HR policies, contracts and other HR Documents.

What We're Looking For

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of UK Employment Legislation and previous HR experience at a similar level. The successful applicant will have good organisational planning skills, a logical approach to work load management, and will be committed to Oxfam's values and ethos.
