IFC’s Human Resources (HR) Department provides strategic partnership to the business to develop and implement workforce strategies. The HR department includes three Centers of Expertise (COEs) -- Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness, Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility, and Talent & Incentives – and two Client Services teams providing support to Head Quarter (HQ) and regions.
The Client Services Team is looking for an Human Resources Analyst to support our operations in Headquarters (HQ). The position will be based in Washington, DC. The Human Resources Analyst will report to Human Resources Regional Lead will provide support across the spectrum of HR duties for designated clients.
The contract duration is three years, with a possible extension subject to individual performance, cultural fit and budget availability.
