What you will do:

  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with business leaders to anticipate, prevent and solve talent-related problems, bringing an outside-in HR perspective, and understanding client expectations.
  • Advise people managers in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, training, and separations.
  • Provide timely technical advice to departments on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and programs and advise on change management.
  • Promote alignment of HR program implementation by developing working relationships with centers of excellence within HRD. 
  • Promote data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all labor relations matters, with guidance and coordination from the Labor Relations team, to facilitate conflict resolution in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
  • Work under the moderate supervision of others.

Consanguinity:

Education:  

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related subject areas.

Experience:

  • You have 4 years of experience in an international business environment as a human resources generalist or in a business partner role in areas such as: administration of human resources programs, workforce planning, client advice, implementation of human resources policies or organizational development.  A demonstrable track record in developing strong relationships at all levels, cross-functionally, as well as supporting customers across multiple locations is crucial.

Languages:

  • Proficiency (oral and written) in English and Spanish. Knowledge of another official language of the Bank is desirable (Portuguese and/or French).
