PATH is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Intern. HR professionals at PATH work in a coordinated effort to implement PATH's people strategy and to deliver high quality, just in time HR solutions to our internal clients. These roles advance PATH's mission through effective partnering with leaders and staff and leveraging HR expertise to influence business decisions. This position is based in New Delhi, India and reports to the HR Business Partner.

HR professionals at PATH work in a coordinated effort to implement PATH's people strategy and to facilitate the delivery of best HR practices. These roles advance PATH's mission through effective partnering with leaders and staff and leveraging HR expertise to influence business decisions in their regions.

Responsibilities:

Selected intern day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • General Administration and People operations
  • Assist on various employee engagement activities
  • Provide support to organize various corporate initiatives / programs
  • Launch of initiative specific surveys and analysis
  • Create awareness around launched initiatives
  • Scheduling & Follow-up’s
  • Assist and conduct employee focus group sessions to obtain feedback

Required Experience

  • Can start the internship between October 2020 - January 2021 (available for a duration of 3 months)
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. Ability to grasp the needs of the job and complete the task independently.
  • Strong collaborative skills and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with different levels of employees.
  • Self-starter, proactive, requires minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well (both verbal and written)
