The organizational structure for the new CPD proposes an increase of staff, driven by an expanding programme implementation in further supporting the Government’s efforts to establish a more equitable and enabling environment for children. The expected staff structure will demand extra human resources support in terms of recruiting, HR administration and development. This post will allow the unit to provide better quality service, being responsible for HR administrative support.
How can you make a difference?
Under the close supervision and guidance of the Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Assistant provides administrative, procedural and operational support and assistance to the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions for all categories of staff in his/her office, ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.
Support in recruitment and placement, including:
Support in organization design and job classification
Support and assistance to the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have
Education: Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish and English in both oral and writing.
