To Support People Analytics and Payroll Section in managing HROSD projects and others that serve departmental system automation and other process management.  People Analytics and Payroll Section is responsible for maintaining and developing HRD systems in coordination with the IT Department; improving HRD dashboards and introducing new automated tools that facilitate a modernized approach for streamlining business operations and providing timely data analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete processing of pending Service Incurred Injury cases agency wide. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up and closure of injury cases.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments for case updates and resolutions.
  • Support the assessment of incidents to identify trends and recommend preventive measures. 
  •  Support in reporting for staff performance compliance.
  • Assist in compiling and verifying performance data.
  • Help generate compliance reports to monitor staff adherence to performance standards.
  • Contribute to the review of performance reports to highlight areas for improvement. 
  •  Provide administrative support to staff on the performance management system.
  • Assist employees and supervisors with inquiries related to performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate smooth use and understanding of the performance system tools. 
  •  Assist in providing reports and data summaries.
  • Extract, consolidate, and present reports using the REACH system efficiently. 
  • Prepare clear, well-structured summaries for management review. 
  • Follow up on pending actions related to HR operational tasks.
  • Track deadlines and progress to ensure completion of assigned responsibilities. 
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely updates. 
  • Comply with the detailed assigned work plan.
  • Adhere strictly to organizational policies and timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all deliverables.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in human resources management, public or business administration or other related discipline. 
  • At least two years of experience in administrative, human resources and/or personnel work in an international, governmental or commercial organization.
  • Good knowledge of data reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI or other similar tools. 
  • Strong Writing Skills in English and Arabic.
  • Essential for drafting clear, professional communications, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring all documentation meets organizational standards in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Extracting and Presenting Reports from REACH System: Critical to provide timely, data-driven insights that support HR decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills for Service-Incurred Accidents and Performance Reports: Necessary to interpret data effectively, identify patterns or issues, and support strategic HR interventions.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
