Functional Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities:

Under the general guidance of Head of Working Group of General Affairs and Staffing on behalf of Secretary of the BRG and under the management of the UNOPS Head of Implementation Support Unit (ISU), the incumbent is responsible for the following:

  • Collect, record and compile personnel information funded from UNOPS Administration for BRG;
  • Assist supervisor in monitoring the contractual status of all personnel on various contracts of UNOPS personnel based in BRG;
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment and selection process;
  • Provide support in preparing materials that related to human resources in Working Group of General Affairs and Staffing;
  • Support in coordinating communication between Working Group of General Affairs and Staffing HR and UNOPS HR team to discuss or resolve HR issues related to UNOPS personnel based in BRG in a timely manner; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Menurut panduan umum Kepala Kelompok Kerja Umum dan Kepegawaian atas nama Sekretariat BRG dan manajemen Kepala Unit Dukungan Pelaksanaan/Implementation Support Unit (ISU) UNOPS, Asisten Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia akan bertanggung jawab terhadap hal-hal berikut:

  • Mengumpulkan, mencatat, dan menyusun informasi personel yang didanai dari Administrasi UNOPS untuk BRG;
  • Membantu Supervisor dalam memantau status kontrak semua personel dalam berbagai kontrak personel UNOPS yang berbasis di BRG;
  • Memberikan dukungan administratif dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi;
  • Memberikan dukungan dalam menyiapkan bahan yang terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Kelompok Kerja Umum dan Kepegawaian;
  • Membantu mengoordinasikan komunikasi antara Kelompok Kerja Umum dan Staf SDM dan tim SDM UNOPS untuk membahas atau menyelesaikan masalah SDM terkait dengan personel UNOPS yang berbasis di BRG secara tepat waktu; dan
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang ditugaskan oleh penyelia.

Education/Experience/Language requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma in Management, Social Science or closely related field with minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or in closely related field with some relevant experience may compensate for some of the required years of experience.
  • Completion of secondary school and 50% reduced years of experience may be considered for qualified female applicants.

Experience:

  • Minimum one and half (1,5) years of experience in providing relevant HR administrative support or closely related field is required in combination with a high school diploma.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and MS Office such as MS excel and word required.
  • Prior working experience in recruitment and selection, contract administration, employee relations and HR Information Services is an asset.
  • Good communication skill is an asset.
  • Multi-tasking and detail oriented is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the team.

Language: Intermediate level in English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
