In support of the emergency programme and staff mobilization plan for the Emergency Refugee Response, the Human Resources Officer will assist the Country Office human resources’ needs in the recruitment and immediate deployment of all human resources needs of Country Office, providing support to the CO to sustain rapid recruitment and deployment of high caliber of staff and employee performance for the effective implementation of the emergency programmes.
The HR Officer reports to the HR Specialist for close guidance, training and supervision. The Officer provides support to the supervisor and colleagues in the unit by executing HR services through applying knowledge of theoretical HR models, as well as understanding of organizational HR policies and procedures
