As the part of IM team, you will contribute to the development of the information management system by the provision of technical input and support on information management to the operational teams and by extracting information from various documents and capturing data into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. With support of your team you will analyze collected data, develop and support reporting processes for organizations’ needs as well as track key performance indicators.

Data collection:
  • Performing documentation-keeping duties: making sure all reports are received, hard/soft copies are sorted, stored in an organized manner, and achieved securely.
  • Performing data entry duties by manually filling out the digital data collection tools.
  • Provide analytical support by identifying and analyzing existing data, designing and running SQL queries, to generate statistical reports.
  • Support the design, development, and documentation of data dissemination and visualization tools, including dashboards and paginated reports.
Technical support:
  • Administrating MS SharePoint: providing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Administrative tasks related to managing subscriptions to ensure users have an access to the applications.
  • In summary, you will responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our system and providing relevant information to the partners.
Required experience and competencies:

To be successful and excel in this role we expect you to have strong attention to detail, a strong aptitude for technology, and be able to manage a large amount of information. Moreover, we also expect the following:

  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), MS SharePoint
  • B1 English level (Intermediate).
  • Experience in database maintenance and database administration.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and/or experience in Data Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience in creating and/or editing electronic data collection tools (MS Power Apps, ODK collect).
  • Experience in data visualization (MS Power Bi, MS Report Builder, ArcGIS StoryMaps).
