We have an exciting opportunity to join Oxfam Great Britain (OGB) as Integrity & Ethics Director. This newly created role requires an experienced Risk and Compliance professional who will create and oversee the ethical, code of compliance programme for OGB. The role will be part of the organisation’s leadership team, which is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of OGB.

Significant experience in a regulatory or compliance management, to include experience in a complex international organisation and in NGO sector.
Familiarity with operational, ethical, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations.
Relevant direct experience in dealing with institutional donors.
Experience of managing large, complex projects across multiple divisions simultaneously, as well as setting up and managing global compliance program.
