Purpose of Assignment:
The Human Resources Intern provides support to the HR Business Partners in the unit for efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery that is in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations. It will offer eligible/qualified students the opportunity to enhance their career development by gaining practical work experience in UNICEF under the direct supervision of experienced UNICEF staff. This internship will benefit the students in acquiring organizational knowledge of rules, regulations and processes and integrate it with their academic background.
