The International Human Resources Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrating International HR team functions, ensuring smooth communication, data and information accuracy, and a professional level of service-oriented support for expatriate and international staff to ensure a positive and healthy employment relationship. This involves overseeing all International HR files and databases, as well as assisting with on-boarding, exiting, and benefits administration, and other International HR department tasks which involve regular interaction with FH field leadership, employees located outside of the United States, international Finance, and other Global HR team members.
