As the IT Business Systems Functional Lead, you will work to guide and lead the deployment phase of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), ensuring that the technology landscape is scalable and to the highest quality for future development and integration of other business systems for Amnesty International.
About You
You will be key to the D365 implementation project, working with finance, human resources and I&T stakeholders to ensure our solution is built and maintained. You will be technically minded, with a thorough understanding and experience of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and D365, ideally from a system administration perspective. You will be comfortable working with all areas of the business to guide, lead and support their use of D365 and other core Business Systems.
Main Responsibilities
Manage, and oversee the delivery of our D365 F/SCM and HR environments, and associated integrations and integrated applications
Deliver the technical implementation road-map and be the key resource to work with our systems integrator to deliver against this road-map
Identify requirements and problems in the as-built environment and ensure that tasks and requirements are captured and delegated to the appropriate technical resource
Collaborate and work closely with the Data Migration Lead on the data strategy and approach to ensure that the data environment and integration platform meets business requirements to move data seamlessly around the ecosystem
Work closely with the Business Intelligence Work-stream Lead on the design and implementation of PowerPlatform and PowerBI, for workflow and reporting/visualisations
Support and administer content within Azure DevOps, in addition to supporting the wider organisation with a range of D365 functionalities including personalisation, workspaces and customisations
Analyse and understand non-functional/technical requirements ensuring that all systems and services meet these requirements and are supportable for future updates
Skills And Experience
Extensive knowledge of data processing, business processes and enterprise software applications
Experience in moving applications to SaaS and cloud-based platforms (IaaS/PaaS)
A strong understanding and proven track record in the configuration, delivery, and management of cloud-based technologies
Expertise around the Microsoft technology stack, specifically D365 and Azure
Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 / D365 and advanced experience in Azure DevOps is a necessity
Exceptional analytic skills with the ability to quickly understand business processes and technical requirements and then combine both for the most appropriate solution
An Engineering/Software/Application background with a good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud delivery and working in a DevOps environment to enable continuous delivery
