Design and develop Power Apps to automate IT services tasks and workflows.
Implement software tools to automate monitoring activities and clean-up processes.
Draft and maintain system and desktop configuration documentation and reports.
Support the development of apps for IT asset recording using mobile cameras and barcode scanning.
Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Perform other related duties as required in support of IT service operations, and other ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first-level university degree programme programme (i.e. Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree); be enrolled in a graduate school programme (i.e. Master's degree or equivalent degree, or higher) or have completed an aforementioned academic degree, preferably in the area of computer sciences, software engineering, programming or a related field, AND, if selected, must commence the internship on the date indicated in the Acceptance letter.
Skills in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) are an asset.
Experience in database management, process automation, and application development.
Familiarity with barcode scanning technologies and mobile application development is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
