DESCRIPTION :
Under the supervision of the HQ MEAL Manager, the HQ Learning & Knowledge management Specialist is an expert in charge of defining HI's institutional frameworks in terms of continuous learning and knowledge management. To do this, he/she develops frameworks and methodologies to facilitate the emergence, formalization and sharing of knowledge within HI, and supports teams in their deployment. He/she contributes to the quality of projects by strengthening the learning and continuous improvement process in the field and at headquarters. He/she is responsible for developing, improving and promoting learning frameworks, promoting an internal culture of continuous learning, and ensuring that robust knowledge management systems are in place. He/she is responsible for providing expertise and supporting the MEAL/IM, operational and technical teams in the implementation and compliance of these frameworks. He/she ensures that developments in the sector on the theme are taken into account.
On the other hand, as a member of the Innovation, Impact, Information department, he/she is able to represent the department in its diversity of expertise and refer to other specialists when necessary.
