Job Description:

  • Develop and implement people practices in line with the organisational goals
  • Build world-leading people practices and manage ‘hire to retire’ cycle
  • Build, review, revise relevant policies, systems and processes to aid an open and transparent ‘performance culture’
  • Proactively, identify and address organisational opportunities and the relevant skills and competency needs
  • Deal with potential conflicts and inter-personal issues, personnel issues, if any
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets
  • Ensure that the compensations and benefits of the staff are benchmarked with similar organisations and in line with the organisational philosophy.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

Attitude: Positive, can do, solution oriented and a team player

Qualification: Masters in HR/similar qualifications.

Experience: 10 Years in a people’s role, out of which a minimum of 5 years in a team management role

Skills (Essential) - Strong creative thinking, stakeholder management, team building, ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders and lead/manage change, knowledge of HR systems and databases, relevant laws and regulations

Skills (Desirable) - Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, ISO or other similar practices/frameworks.
