Marketing Data Analyst

Food for the Hungry is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help improve the way we interact with partners as we strive to end poverty in hard places around the world. Ideally, this person is both fun and personable while also skilled and experienced in critical thinking and data analysis. First and foremost, our work is relational. But we also prioritize results. This person should be adept at collecting, organizing and summarizing quantitative information. They should also exhibit personal initiative and problem solving skills so that they can deduce insights, trends, opportunities and challenges from various data sources. In this role, the MarketingData Analyst will serve as a strategic component of a growing and maturing Marketing Department. They will serve as a translator of data for various stakeholders, to see what may not be evident; to search for the patterns within a puzzle.   • Lead data gathering and analysis efforts of all digital marketing activities (50% of time).
  • Advise and assist in testing and optimization efforts within the marketing department (35% of time).
  • Assist, coordinate and advise in other Marketing and fundraising activities as needed (10% of time).
  • Pursue personal and professional development opportunities (5% of time).
