Job Purpose:

  • Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies in collaboration with the regional teams and global marketing managers to meet organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, PR and promotional activities (integrated marketing approach) the ability to speak to how these channels work together is very important.
  • Understand the marketing metrics and ROI for various marketing tactics.
  • Regionally customize/ adjust global campaigns for regional appeal.
  • Establish effective working relationships with development teams, IB world schools team and other regional stakeholders to ensure that our programmes and services are implemented through a marketing demand generation process for growth and retention.
  • Provide feedback on global marketing campaigns; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate outreach tools/collateral to be used at events and orientations.
  • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, and drip marketing initiatives.
  • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to through to execution.

Job Duties:

Awareness and Interest:

  • Articulate product and service offerings, regional key benefits and messages for use by outreach and development for the region.
  • Work with Global Marketing Managers to deliver global campaigns in the region.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies to grow and retain schools in the region.
  • Create regional content for marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives.
  • Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.
  • Internal reporting to Head of Marketing and other duties as assigned.
  • Be a lead on the regional council team meetings.

Lead Management (Marketing Ready Leads) :

  • Articulate programme and service offerings, regional key benefits and messages for use by outreach and development for the region.
  • Work with Global Marketing Managers to deliver global campaigns in the region to target growth numbers.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies to grow and retain schools in the region.
  • Create regional content for marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives.
  • Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.
  • Internal reporting to Head of Marketing and other duties as assigned.

Project Management:

  • Ensure that deadlines are met for projects and marketing commitments.
  • Ensure that the global marketing managers are aware of regional activities to promote collaboration and team work.
  • Project management vendor activities as needed.
  • Job Requirements:
  • BS, BA in Marketing, Management or Business.
  • Proficiency in an AP language is desirable.
  • Graduate level degree or at 8- 10 years' experience

  • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
  • Travel as needed as required by the task at hand.
