As we start the implementation of our new global strategy, we are recruiting a MEAL Advisor for our London office on a 1 year fixed term contract, with the strong likelihood of extension.
In this role you will support world-class Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems and practice across our International Programs, and be a key member of our Global Impact team supporting the roll out of integrated MEAL approaches across the organisation. We believe that we will achieve the most impact for children by innovating, and using evidence to help continually improve the quality of our programming for children.
In order to be successful you will bring:
On a personal level you will have a high level of cultural awareness, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching.
