Panagora Group seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate for our existing contract with USAID/Philippines, Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth). The CLAimHealth activity is located in Ramon Magsaysay Center in Malate, Manila, Philippines. This is a full-time position located in the Philippines.
Background
The purpose of the USAID/Philippines’ Health Project (HP) is improved health for underserved Filipinos. The underlying theory or hypothesis of the Health Project is that strengthening some functions of the health system will contribute to the health of underserved Filipinos and the overall health profile of the country will improve. By addressing the needs of the individual, the quality and the equity of services as well as their affordability and sustainability, underserved Filipinos will be able to develop and maintain health behaviors and seek and receive quality health care.
CLAimHealth serves as a primary technical support mechanism for M&E, collaboration, learning, and adaptive management (CLA) for the Health Project of USAID/Philippines. It provides in-country technical assistance, advisory services, capacity building, and related logistical support to the USAID/Philippines Office of Health for monitoring project activities; conducting performance evaluations and implementation research; systematically documenting evidence of good practices and promising interventions from current health activities; undertaking selected secondary analyses of data from major health surveys/studies; and facilitating continuous learning and adaptive management for the Health Project and its various implementing partners.
The M&E Associate will assist the CLAimHealth M&E Team in coordinating, monitoring, and documenting performance monitoring and evaluation activities related to programs in tuberculosis, family planning, adolescent and youth reproductive health, maternal and child health, health systems strengthening, and community-based drug rehabilitation.
