Job Description

Part of the Learning and Evaluation (L&E) Department, the M&E and Learning Coordinator will support and work with Senior Director Learning and Evaluation and Global Monitoring and Evaluation Director in deepening FH's program impact and global influence through systematic research, learning, and knowledge management developed in coordination with regional offices and GSC departments.

This position will promote a culture of learning throughout the organization through enhancing collaboration and communication of program learning by conducting meta-analysis of program data so that the analyzed data could be used for critical reflection and decision making within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders the activities of Learning and Evaluation Department and maintain the department calendar and work plan
  • Coordinate L&E Activities for Knowledge Generation, Knowledge Sharing and Learning for Improved Program Impact
  • Assist L&E team’s efforts to build organizational wide Learning and Evaluation capacity.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness, final editing and quality of all baselines,
