Support monitoring and evaluation activities within a country of field office, ensuring that WFP programmes generate quality evidence on the outcomes and effects of WFP’s food assistance activities on the lives of beneficiaries with which to inform operational decision making and strategic reorientation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
- Contribute to compliance with corporate monitoring standards.
- Contribute to the implementation of risk-based monitoring framework in the planning and implementation of process and outcome monitoring.
- Design tools used to conduct baselines, reviews, and other special assessments.
- Analysis of regular monitoring information in line with WFP Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), gender and protection policies.
- Produce reports and analyses of monitoring findings by strategic result, activity, Field Office, special projects on monthly basis.
- Use digital solutions to integrate and visualize data from process and outcome monitoring.
- Produce results for Annual Country Report (ACR) and COMET requirements on quarterly basis or when outcomes are available.
- Provide inputs and reports on time for special grants and proposals on monthly basis and when required.
- Use technology to enhance integration and visualization of CFM reports.

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Advanced University degree in Statistics,Development Economics or Performance Management or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of relevant work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience: Five years of experience in data digitization,intergration,analysis and visualization,data processing,spreadsheets and databases.Skills in ArcGIS and Tableau,advanced knowledge and skills in SPSS.
National Professional: Fluency (level C) in English language and the duty station’s language, if different.
