Project Overview and Role
Palladium International and the Education Pathways to Peach Program are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MEARL) Adviser. The duration of the position is 150 days, with possibility of extension over a period of 12 months. It will be based remotely, with up to 75 in-country input days in Manila and throughout the ARMM. This assignment will be remunerated in accordance with the Australian Remuneration Framework (ARF) at C4 level.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MEARL) Adviser will be responsible, in collaboration with the Team Leader and Pathways team members, for the implementation of the M&E Framework which is aligned with DepEd ARMM monitoring and which will contribute to successful realisation of the End-of-Program-Outcomes (EOPOs). The MEARL Adviser will also work with the Pathways team to create opportunities for learning and sharing knowledge about Pathways progress
