This position has been assessed as an elevated risk role for Child Safeguarding purposes as it is either a role with direct contact with children, a role that works directly with identifiable children’s data, a safeguarding response role, or an assessed risk role. Additional vetting and assessment for elevated risk roles in child safeguarding (potentially including additional criminal background checks) apply.

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate U-Report Fundoo partnership in Indonesia to recruit a minimum of 10,000 FunDoo users who complete the module, by liaising with youth networks and academic/educational institutions, mapping relevant networks, nurturing partnership for sustainability.
  • Lead on digital learning design and modification in order to develop the U-Report Fundoo partnership package that caters to the needs of universities as well as youth networks. The system will also include users' retention in the RapidPro backend system.
  • To monitor and evaluate U-Report Fundoo partnership, including preparing the periodic report and recommendation.
  • Ensure alignment of approaches with UNICEF’s internal programme stakeholders (Health and ADAP teams).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, computer science, digital media, youth development, public health, international relations, social sciences, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership outreach and project management, preferably in digital platforms or educational content development.
  • Familiarity with digital education technologies and trends, including online community engagement.
  • Technical expertise in modifying digital learning platforms and solid knowledge of user experience (UX).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital platforms or educational content development.
  • Strong understanding of youth engagement strategies, health education, and technology for development.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt content to various contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
