IFC’s Operations Management Department (OMD) collaborates across IFC VPUs to simplify processes, maximize efficiencies, and enable delivery of IFC’s strategic priorities and commitments, as well as coordinate collaboration with the World Bank and MIGA on relevant WBG papers and programs. The department is seeking to recruit a dynamic, adaptable, high performing Operations Officer who will support the work program of the Operational Management and Client Support (COMOS). With staff deployed in field offices as well as headquarters, the COMOS team supports client-facing delivery of IFC 3.0 by working with teams to apply improved operational procedures and maximize results achieved in Operations. The position will be primarily focused on providing operational management and client support for the Africa region (including a focus on FIG) and will report to the Regional Focal point for Africa.
