Job Description

The Outbound Donor Engagement Representative serves as the primary vehicle to provide excellent customer service to donors via telephone and email. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to existing donors to update account information and follow up on recent mailings.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Food for the Hungry in the Customer Service outbound call strategies (70%).
  • Represent Food for the Hungry in the Marketing outbound call strategies (30%).
